Which qualifications count as a degree here?
Active taxonomy rows for bachelor’s, postgraduate diploma, master’s, and doctorate, when they exist.
Vacancies tagged with degree-level qualifications in the JobVacancySG taxonomy.
There is no single Qualification row called “Degree”. The taxonomy has degree-level records such as bachelor’s, postgraduate diploma, master’s, and doctorate when those rows are active. This page uses those rows.
Malaysian nationality is context for the article. It is not applied as a filter, so the count is the number of live jobs with those qualification tags, not a private Malaysian-graduate total.
JobVacancySG does not treat nationality or gender as a vacancy filter unless an employer has a legitimate, documented requirement. The vacancies below are current live listings. They are not a private shortlist for one nationality or gender. A listing is not a statement that the employer accepts a particular group of candidates unless the job text says so.

Register your profileEmployers read the discipline, the institution, and the work you have done since. A degree in engineering, accounting, IT, or business is evidence. It is not an Employment Pass and it is not a salary. MOM’s COMPASS framework and qualifying salaries, where an Employment Pass is the route, are assessed on the application the employer files.
If your degree is still in progress, say so. If you hold a diploma and are comparing yourself with degree ads, use listings that match the diploma instead of editing your profile upward.
Singapore work passes are applied for by the employer, not by the candidate. A job advertisement is not an approval from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and JobVacancySG cannot tell you which pass an employer will use.
Employment Pass rules, including qualifying salary and COMPASS, are on MOM’s Employment Pass eligibility page. S Pass qualifying salary, levy, and quota are on MOM’s S Pass eligibility page and the levy and quota page. Work Permit sector rules start at MOM’s Work Permit for foreign worker hub. Read the live page before you treat any blog or landing page as the rule.
Where a role is advertised to locals first, the Fair Consideration Framework sits on MOM’s FCF page. Hiring should also follow the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices. JobVacancySG does not filter or rank vacancies by nationality, race, or gender.
The vacancies on this page are real JobVacancySG listings. If a filter cannot be applied to the job database, the page says so and does not invent a count. Applied filters are the active degree-level Qualification slugs. Nationality is listed under filters that were not applied. When nothing matches, the page says that no matching vacancies are currently available and invites you to register. It does not show sample jobs.
A job appears because the employer attached one of those qualifications, not because the word Malaysia appears in the text. Open the detail page before you apply. Quick Apply respects the same acceptance rules as other jobs.
Resident degree-holder income in MOM’s labour-force release is context, not your offer. The series is on Labour Force in Singapore. It covers residents and a definition of income that may not match the fixed monthly salary on a pass form.
If you hold SPM and not a degree, the SPM page is the one that looks for SPM mentions. If you hold LCCI as well as a degree, mention both on your profile and still follow the listing. Stacking pages does not stack eligibility.
Register so your education record is ready. The registration form does not submit you to every degree-tagged job.
A Malaysian degree holder may be applying for a first professional role or for a move after several years in Kuala Lumpur or Penang. Those are different profiles. The qualification filter only checks that the job asks for a degree-level qualification. Your years of experience still have to fit the listing’s own range.
If the job also names an industry, open that industry page or add the industry filter in job search. Degree-level plus construction, for example, is a narrower question than this page answers on its own. Combining them in search uses the same taxonomy. It does not create a new indexed URL.
Keep transcripts if the employer asks later. They are not required to register on JobVacancySG. Do not upload your identity card to a public field.
Degree-tagged vacancies are where professional and technical hiring usually shows up: engineering, software, finance, healthcare, education, and other disciplines the employer attached to a degree-level qualification. That is an education filter. It is not a filter for Malaysian universities and it is not a statement that the vacancy accepts Malaysians. Read the job. If it does not say so, do not invent that claim.
A Malaysian degree may support an Employment Pass application when the employer chooses that route and the salary and COMPASS assessment fit MOM’s rules. It may also be hired locally if you are a citizen or permanent resident, or it may be the wrong level for an S Pass seat. This page will not choose.
Use the industry pages when you know the sector, and job search when you want a location as well. Register your discipline, institution, and year. Apply only through listings that accept applications. A degree on your profile does not submit you to every degree-tagged job.

No. The filter is the qualification level on the job, not the country of the university.
No. The employer chooses whether to apply, and MOM decides.
If the employer did not attach a degree-level qualification, it will not match this filter.
