Does every job here sponsor foreigners?
No. Sponsorship is the employer’s choice, and approval is MOM’s. The list is live vacancies.
Pass types, fair hiring, and live vacancies — without a guarantee that any listing will sponsor you.
People use “jobs for foreigners” to mean roles an employer might fill with someone who needs a work pass. That is a hiring decision and a MOM decision. It is not a label stored on every JobVacancySG vacancy.
This page explains Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit at a high level and shows current live vacancies. It does not pretend that every listing has agreed to sponsor a pass.
JobVacancySG does not treat nationality or gender as a vacancy filter unless an employer has a legitimate, documented requirement. The vacancies below are current live listings. They are not a private shortlist for one nationality or gender. A listing is not a statement that the employer accepts a particular group of candidates unless the job text says so.

Read the job. Note the title, the tasks, the location, and any salary the employer chose to publish. Then ask, if you progress, which pass they intend to apply for and what fixed monthly salary they will declare. Those two facts matter more than the phrase “open to foreigners” in a headline.
Some listings set a visa type on the employer form. Where an SEO page is specifically about S Pass, JobVacancySG matches that value and nothing else. This broader page does not assume a blank visa field means “foreigners welcome” or “locals only”.
Singapore work passes are applied for by the employer, not by the candidate. A job advertisement is not an approval from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and JobVacancySG cannot tell you which pass an employer will use.
Employment Pass rules, including qualifying salary and COMPASS, are on MOM’s Employment Pass eligibility page. S Pass qualifying salary, levy, and quota are on MOM’s S Pass eligibility page and the levy and quota page. Work Permit sector rules start at MOM’s Work Permit for foreign worker hub. Read the live page before you treat any blog or landing page as the rule.
Where a role is advertised to locals first, the Fair Consideration Framework sits on MOM’s FCF page. Hiring should also follow the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices. JobVacancySG does not filter or rank vacancies by nationality, race, or gender.
A foreigner who has become a permanent resident is hired under different conditions from a candidate who needs a new pass. Do not describe yourself as needing sponsorship if you do not. Do not hide a pass you already hold if the employer asks later in the process.
Dependants, Letters of Consent, and other MOM arrangements exist and have their own pages on mom.gov.sg. This site does not summarise them as if they were automatic add-ons to a job card.
The vacancies on this page are real JobVacancySG listings. If a filter cannot be applied to the job database, the page says so and does not invent a count. There is no honest “foreigner” switch on a job. The list is the live board, with that limitation written in the filter notes. When nothing matches, the page says that no matching vacancies are currently available and invites you to register. It does not show sample jobs.
Use industry and function filters when you know the work. Construction, administration, and degree-level pages on this site each apply the taxonomy that actually exists. S Pass has its own page because visa type is a real field.
You can also look at jobs on MyCareersFuture when you want the government portal. JobVacancySG does not copy those listings into fake cards.
Walk away from anyone who asks you to pay for a pass approval, to hand over your passport as a condition of an interview, or to accept a contract you cannot read. A recruitment fee demand should be checked against MOM’s current rules for the pass type, not against a WhatsApp forward.
Register on JobVacancySG if you want a profile ready for Quick Apply. The empty state on this site is literal: if you see it, there is no matching live vacancy to show.
First decide the occupation you can evidence. Then read live vacancies in that occupation. Only after an employer is interested should the pass conversation become detailed. Starting from a pass type and hoping a job appears is how people end up paying agents for roles that were never posted here.
Keep a single profile. Do not create one version that hides experience and another that inflates it. Recruiters compare the profile with the listing. Inconsistencies slow the process more than a career gap does.
If you already live in Singapore on a Dependant’s Pass or a Letter of Consent arrangement, say so when the employer asks. Those are MOM statuses with their own rules. This landing page does not convert them into a job offer.
Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit answer different occupations and different salary tests. This page does not pick one for you. The S Pass landing page is the only place JobVacancySG filters on an S Pass visa type, and that list includes a job only when the employer stored that value. A blank visa type stays off that page. It also stays on this one, because this one is the general board.
Fair Consideration Framework advertising, where it applies, is the employer’s duty. It is not a button you can press. Read MOM’s FCF page if a recruiter tells you a role was “already opened for foreigners”. Then read the vacancy.
Walk away from anyone who sells a guaranteed pass, holds your passport as a condition of an interview, or asks you to pay a fee you cannot trace to a published MOM rule. Register a single accurate profile and apply only where the listing accepts applications.

This page cannot say. Compare the offer with MOM’s Employment Pass, S Pass, or Work Permit pages for the occupation.
