Are these jobs only for Indian citizens?
No. The list is live vacancies. Nationality is not a job filter on JobVacancySG.
What Indian candidates should check before applying, and the live vacancies employers have actually posted.
Indian candidates apply for Singapore roles in technology, finance, healthcare, engineering, hospitality, construction, and many other fields. This page explains how that process works and shows live JobVacancySG vacancies.
The board is not filtered to Indian nationals. Job records do not store candidate nationality, and filtering that way would not be a fair way to present vacancies. Use the list to see real employers and real descriptions.
JobVacancySG does not treat nationality or gender as a vacancy filter unless an employer has a legitimate, documented requirement. The vacancies below are current live listings. They are not a private shortlist for one nationality or gender. A listing is not a statement that the employer accepts a particular group of candidates unless the job text says so.

An Indian citizen who is not a Singapore citizen or permanent resident needs the employer to sponsor a suitable work pass if they are going to be employed here. The usual professional and mid-skilled routes are the Employment Pass and the S Pass. Some occupations fall under Work Permit rules instead. None of these are granted because a website grouped jobs under a nationality.
Your degree, diploma, or trade certificate is evidence for the employer. It is not, by itself, an Employment Pass. COMPASS and salary floors change by age and sector. Check the official page rather than a screenshot in a chat group.
Singapore work passes are applied for by the employer, not by the candidate. A job advertisement is not an approval from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and JobVacancySG cannot tell you which pass an employer will use.
Employment Pass rules, including qualifying salary and COMPASS, are on MOM’s Employment Pass eligibility page. S Pass qualifying salary, levy, and quota are on MOM’s S Pass eligibility page and the levy and quota page. Work Permit sector rules start at MOM’s Work Permit for foreign worker hub. Read the live page before you treat any blog or landing page as the rule.
Where a role is advertised to locals first, the Fair Consideration Framework sits on MOM’s FCF page. Hiring should also follow the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices. JobVacancySG does not filter or rank vacancies by nationality, race, or gender.
Use a reverse-chronological profile: title, employer, dates, and outcomes. If your degree title does not match the job title, say what you did in the role. Indian university names are fine; do not translate them into a different qualification. If you hold a professional certification, name the body and the year.
Notice periods, current location, and whether you already hold a Singapore pass are facts. They are not a reason for JobVacancySG to hide some jobs from you. Apply only where the listing is open. Quick Apply follows the same rules as the rest of the site.
The vacancies on this page are real JobVacancySG listings. If a filter cannot be applied to the job database, the page says so and does not invent a count. Nationality “India” is audience context. It is not sent to the job query. When nothing matches, the page says that no matching vacancies are currently available and invites you to register. It does not show sample jobs.
You can continue in job search with industry, skill, or location filters. Those filters use the site’s real taxonomy. A zero result means nothing currently matches, not that Indian candidates are blocked.
Salary surveys you see on social media are not MOM’s resident medians. The official labour-force series is Labour Force in Singapore. Use it as context for the resident workforce, not as your expected package.
You should not be asked to state caste, religion, or marital status as a condition of applying. Photos and nationality banners are not what this site uses to rank jobs. If a listing asks for a skill, show the skill. If it asks for a language such as Tamil, Hindi, or English, be accurate about proficiency.
Indian women researching the same market can read the separate guide written for that audience. That guide also does not filter vacancies by gender.
Collect the degree certificate, mark sheets if you have them, and the last three employment letters before you start applying. Indian applicants often lose a week because a scanned certificate is unreadable. A clear PDF is enough. You do not need to notarise anything for a JobVacancySG profile.
Write dates as month and year. If a title in India does not match the Singapore title you are applying for, explain the work in one line under that role: the system, the customers, or the team size. Leave passport number, Aadhaar, and full home address off the public profile.
When an employer replies, ask for the work location and whether the role is onsite. Hybrid wording varies. The listing’s work arrangement, when the employer set one, is the fact. A chat message that contradicts the listing should be clarified before you resign.
Indian candidates search across information technology, engineering, banking, healthcare, education, and hospitality. Those are industries on JobVacancySG, each with its own page when employers have tagged live jobs. Opening one of them shows that industry. It does not show “Indian jobs” inside it.
A degree, a diploma, or a professional certificate is evidence for the employer. It is not an Employment Pass. If a recruiter quotes a pass type, compare it with the MOM page for that pass and with the salary the employer will actually declare. This site will not convert a qualification into a pass outcome.
Use the degree-level guide only when you want jobs tagged with degree qualifications. Use the S Pass page only when you want vacancies whose visa type is S Pass. If that list is empty, it is empty. Do not read the general vacancies on this page as S Pass jobs.
